AGLC is a Government of Alberta agency which focuses on:

  • ensuring the gaming and liquor activities in Alberta are conducted honestly, openly and with integrity, and
  • maximizing the economic benefits of gaming and liquor activities in the province to benefit all Albertans.

A major component of AGLC’s mandate is social responsibility. One aspect of this is to ensure that the public is educated on ways to approach drinking alcohol in a responsible and mindful manner.

In association with the DrinkSense: Enjoy Responsibly campaign we were tasked to create FASD (Fetal Alcohol Syndrome) awareness through education, information, and offer alcohol-free alternatives for pregnant women. Through print and social media, users were directed to the DrinkSense website to learn about the effects of FASD, prevention, and introduced to our tasty FASD-Free (alcohol free) Mommy Mocktails!
